This 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury III convertible is the perfect summer cruisenight machine. 

A new code correct coat of red two stage paint graces furiously sporty lines.  This is no bondo bucket.  All the body work was professionally done.  She still wears her original rear quarters, incorporating all metal patch panels and new trunk floor.  There is one very small ding on the hood, visible only upon close inspection.  Chrome and bright work are in very good condition for original pieces and are all intact.  That is important because replacements are hard to find. 

A brand new white convertible top opens to bring the sky in, showing off a stock original interior.  The front seats have been recovered courtesy of Legendary Auto Interiors, the rear seats did not need it.  Overall, the interior is in good condition.  Trim and bright work are unrestored and are aging gracefully. The trim around the gauge cluster could be refurbished and a few hairline cracks on the passenger side of the dash could be repaired.  Aftermarket gauges hang under the dash and can be removed for a showroom stock look.

The original 383 was rebuilt with a 4bbl carb, makes a respectable 335hp.  The original airconditioning is not currently installed, but the compressor and condensor are included in the sale.  Non-stock options include the 2 1/2 inch Magnaflow exhaust and added power steering.  I personally have inspected and took a test drove this vehicle.  She drives out strong and tracks straight, steering is smooth and responsive.  For more information or questions about this car, please contact Patrick Krook at 847-838-3749 .
