Listing Details: 1967  '67 Shelby GT 350 a total Shelby Experience!

SOLD! SOLD!
Description:

This is Registry #2296.  1967 GT350 is among the rarest Shelby Mustangs, only 1,175 built.  This Shelby's current and THIRD owner spent $12k in airline tickets alone to find this stunningly unmolested 1967 Shelby GT350.  Original owner traded a 1966 GT350 in for this beauty.  Second owner bought it in 1982 with 57k original miles on the odometer.  Current owner bought it more than two years ago and immediately began a meticulous nut and bolt restoration.  In the Shelby registry since new, this GT350 possesses a clean, low owner pedigree.

This is a complete turnkey Shelby experience, complete with exhaustive documentation and accessories from the original Bill of Sale and Carroll Shelby signed Owner Manual down to the Team Shelby shirts and key chains.

Here are just a few details about the car:

  • Lime Green Metallic w/ White Lemans stripes
  • One of few that came from the factory with inboard lights
  • Factory optional- Kelsey-Hays 'Magstar' 15x7 aluminum centers with chrome steel rims
  • Correct "Goodyear Speedway" tires
  • Numbers matching Engine, Trans, Rear-end rebuilt to exact stock specifications.
  • Stripped to bare metal and painted original Lime Green color about 17k invested in paint/body alone.
  • Original Stewart-Warner gauges, Switchgear, Aluminum Trim, Wood Steering Wheel, etc.
  • Date correct 715 Holley (yes a 715 on an Automatic from factory), over $2,700 spent on carb. alone!
  • Original solid lifter cam
  • Inertia reel belts fully operational
  • All correct, date coded/stamped hoses, clamps, belts, etc.
  • Drive train has been tested and dialed in, ready to drive or trophy!

It has 82k original miles and only 93 MILES on a two year 'no holds barred' restoration.  This car retains too many original parts to list.

If an original item was restorable on the car, it was restored regardless of cost.   You really must stand next to this exquisite Shelby GT 350 in order to appreciate how pristine an example it is.
