In February 2004, the Dodge Ram SRT-10 solidfied its place in history set both the Guinness World Record and Sports Car Club of America's record for the world's fastest production truck with an average speed of 154.587 mph. Of the 3047 Viper Trucks made in 2004, only 50 were finished in white rally stripes on Electric Blue. Each engine was also signed by Wolfgang Bernhard, Chrysler Group's former Chief Operating Officer.
And so the Viper Club of America (VCA) Edition - 50 produced, released at the 2004 Daytona Motor Speedway Race in February.
Before you ask, why Wolfgang Bernhard? Well he was and is a true Mopar fan. This is the same guy that not only promoted the heck out of the Viper, but also RODE the V10 Tommahawk motorcycle onto the stage during it's autoshow debut. It is no wonder that he was the brianchild behind the SRT-10 Viper Power Ram truck. Of the 50 made, only 47 were sold to the public, this is #47 and believed to be the last VCA Edition SRT-10 to be sold to the public. With only 93 miles on the odometer, she still looks, drives, and smells like a brand new truck.
