1966 Shelby GT350, "Barn Find", SCCA B Production Class Racer with Log Book

SFM6S444 began life as a Shelby American company car, used by finance manager, Frank Martin. She then sold as a used unit through Hi-Performance Motors of El Segundo, CA to her first private owner, one John Oswald of Tustin, CA. By the early 1970's she found a long term home in Willows, California by a man who drove this 1966 Shelby GT350 as Carroll Shelby and G-d himself intended, on the race track! 444 competed in SCCA Solo1 races, taking on such road courses as Sears Point and Laguna Seca.

She raced through the late 1970's and was registered for street use until September 1986, when her long slumber began. As you can see, she remains in "as raced" condition, ready to be brought back to racing trim. Because she is documented SCCA race car, she is the perfect candidate for SVRA Group 6/BP duty.

The fender apron VIN has been verified by SAAC Registrar and Certified SAAC Concours Judge has inspected the vehicle, confirming original sheet metal, including floor pans and frame extensions. Documentation includes extensive registration history, SAAC Registry History, and original SCCA Log Books.
